Terms of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made in the store on the Website and govern the contractual relationship between you (hereinafter, the “Client) and Bamboleo Events S.L.U., with NIF B44565257a nd registered office at Paseo de los Lagos 111, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón (hereinafter, “we” or “Bamboleo”), in relation to said sales.
Placing an order in the store on the Website implies acceptance by the Customer of these general conditions of sale. The version of the general conditions of sale that will be applied will be the one in force at the time of placing the order.
By accepting these conditions, you declare to be over 14 years of age.
2- Purchase process:
The purchase process begins with the creation of the order by selecting the products. Next, the customer’s data must be provided, and the shipping method selected. The billing information must also be filled in if an invoice is required. In the next step you must select the payment method. In case you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the corresponding platforms. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a purchase receipt will appear with the order number that you must indicate in the concept of the transfer.
The order will be validated when you make the payment by credit card or through PayPal. In the case of making the payment by bank transfer, the order will be confirmed when the client sends a proof of payment by email to email@example.com. It will be then when the purchase process has finished.
Depending on the chosen payment method, the products will be charged at the time (in the case of payment by credit card and PayPal) or when the bank transfer is made.
Once the purchase is complete, regardless of the payment method chosen, a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer with the details of their order. In case the Client wishes to receive an electronic invoice, she must request it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The price of the goods is the one indicated in euros on the Website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Offers on products for sale will be displayed in the “Offers” section or will be indicated in the product file. Unless otherwise indicated, offers will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
In addition to the price of the products ordered, the Customer must pay the shipping costs at the time of purchase. The Customer will be informed of the shipping costs to be paid before finalizing the order.
4- Payment methods:
When placing the order, the Customer may choose between the following payment methods: credit / debit card, Paypal or bank transfer. In case of transfer, the Client must send a proof of payment by email to email@example.com, the order will be not considered to have been made until the receipt of said proof.
The essential characteristics of the products are those always described in the store on the Website.
In the event that we cannot deliver the requested product after placing the order due to stocks being exhausted, we will inform the Customer of this lack of availability and we will refund the sums paid within a maximum period of 30 days.
Bamboleo delivers to any country in the world. Shipments within Spain will be made within 2-7 days. International shipments will be made in an approximate period of 2-10 days within Europe and between 5 and 20 days outside Europe, depending on the country of destination. These terms are subject to the availability of the products. In case of lack of availability, Bamboleo will contact the Client to indicate the approximate delivery date.
No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
In the event of delay, the Customer must call on Bamboleo to fulfill its delivery obligation within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If Bamboleo does not deliver the goods within said additional period, the Client will have the right to terminate the contract.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package or packages to the Customer and the latter signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and to indicate any defects on the delivery receipt.
7- Right of withdrawal and cancellations:
7-1 Right of withdrawal:
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify us of her decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). The Client may use the model withdrawal form that appears at the end of these terms and conditions, although its use is not mandatory. Proof of having exercised this right corresponds to the Client, so we recommend that you use means of delivery that allow such accreditation (for example, certified mail).

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by the Client of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, we will refund all payments received, including the shipping costs of the order (with the exception of the additional costs resulting, where appropriate, from the choice by the Customer of a different delivery method to the least expensive mode of ordinary shipping that we offer), without any undue delay, and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer informs us of their decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make the refund using the same method of payment used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless the Client has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, the Client will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
The Client must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address Rambla Lluis Sanpere, 1, 25200 Cervera, without any undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Client communicates his withdrawal. The term will be considered fulfilled if the Customer returns the goods before said term has expired.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until the Customer has presented proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first. If the goods have suffered damage, the damage caused will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed depending on the degree of deterioration.
The Customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. As a guide, the customer can check the costs in case of making the return on the following page: www.correosexpress.com.
The Client will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
7-2 Cancellation of order:
The Customer may cancel the order by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling +34 973 532 015. The cancellation will only be effective if the Bamboleo receives the cancellation request before the order leaves. The cancellation will have no cost for the Client. If Bamboleo receives the cancellation request after the order has been issued, the Client must exercise their right of withdrawal and will bear the return costs in the terms indicated in the previous section.
8- Guarantee and responsibility:
Bamboelo will be liable for any lack of conformity that may exist at the time of delivery of the products for a period of two years from delivery.
If the product that the Customer has acquired presents a defect, the Customer may request its replacement or, if this is possible and proportionate, its repair. The replacement will only be possible while stocks last, as the number of products is limited. If replacement or repair cannot be requested, the Customer may opt for a proportional reduction in the price or the termination of the contract. 9- Data protection:
The personal data provided by the user in the store on the Website, including the information on their purchases, will be incorporated into a file for which Bamboleo is responsible, whose identification data and address appear above, for the management of purchases and the contractual relationship with Bamboleo.
The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in relation to the use of the store on the Website by contacting email@example.com, providing a copy of their ID or other identification document.
10- Applicable law and forum:
These general conditions of sale will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and any conflict will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.

11- Recipient Duties and Fees – Items purchased online for Personal Use:
You may be subject to the payment of duties and fees if you have purchased an item online based on the following:
Duties and fees are generally not included in the price of items purchased online and may not be included in the general transportation costs that you have paid to your online store.

Payment -if applicable- depends on the place of origin of the item, nature, value and weight of the shipment.
