The Motegi GP special helmet design is inspired by the HIKESHI, the name that the firefighters received in Japan during Edo period (1603-1867). Their motto was “First to arrive, second to none”, and they were led by the MATOIMOCHI, the responsible to climb up on the roof to show the point to hold back the fire. For this reason, he was not just fast runner but also a person with physical strength and high spirit, someone who inspired his team mates.
